Returns, Cancellations & Pickup Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because we sell perishable goods—including produce, fresh-cut flowers, and culinary garlic—all sales are final. We do not accept returns on CSA shares, farmstand purchases, or food items.

Once an item leaves our care, we can no longer guarantee its safety, freshness, or cleanliness. Most customers bring their own bags or coolers for transport, and we cannot ensure proper storage or handling after pickup. 


Cancellations

We begin preparing orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • If your order hasn’t been packed or harvested yet:
    We can offer a refund minus a 3% + .30 credit card processing fee.

  • If fulfillment has already started:
    Refunds may be reduced to account for labor, materials, or harvested product.

  • If the order is complete or picked up:
    No refunds will be issued.


Pickup Policy

All CSA shares and farmstand orders must be picked up during the scheduled window. Unclaimed orders will not be held past the pickup time and will be donated to avoid waste and uphold food safety standards.

No refunds will be issued for missed pickups. If you’re unable to make it, we encourage you to send a friend or neighbor in your place.


Order Concerns

Please inspect your order at pickup. If something is missing or incorrect, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

We’re a small team, and every order represents hours of fieldwork, harvest, and hands-on preparation. Your understanding helps us continue doing this work with care, integrity, and respect for the food we grow.
