We're glad you are here! Wander through the pages; learn about our farm practices, commitment to transparency through extensive certifications, and passion for soil health and growing nutrient dense produce.
The Boreal Farm is a USDA certified organic, family farm in Rice Lake, MN. We began in 2015 with a community farm stand and have grown to include Produce CSA, Flower CSA, orchard fruits, berries, slow-grown flower bouquets, and pastured poultry for meat using certified organic, regenerative practices.

CSA
Sign Up is now open!
Our 9-week Produce CSA starts June 26, 2023 (not 4th of July week) to August 28, 2023. Each week members receive an abundance of freshly harvested produce. Pick-ups are at The Boreal Farm on Monday afternoon from 3:30-6:00 p.m.

Shop Online
Just-picked vegetables, fresh flowers and smaller individual shares will be available for pre-pay online beginning June 2023. Each Tuesday, we will post what is available for pick-up at The Farm on Thursday afternoons from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. We have a safe, contactless pick-up at our farm.
Farm Gear
Field tested & Sustainably Made
We are working with a local designer to source and create creative and fun Farm gear that is USA and sustainably made. We will be wearing it in the field and putting it through its paces. Check back!
