Certified Organic Culinary Garlic

Grown right here at The Boreal Farm, our garlic is certified organic and harvested by hand. These bulbs are bold in flavor, smaller in size, and meant for the kitchen—and your plate.

We offer a seasonal selection of hardneck heirloom varieties, each with its own personality: spicy, buttery, mellow, or sharp. Whether you’re roasting whole heads with vegetables, blending cloves into vinaigrettes, or slicing thin for soups and sautés, our garlic is full of character, and grown with care.

Each variety ships in half-pound and full-pound bundles. Store in a cool, dry place and enjoy it slowly through the season.

Grown With Purpose

Our garlic is certified organic, harvested by hand, and cured with care right here at The Boreal Farm. Each variety we grow is selected for rich, distinctive flavor; whether you’re roasting whole heads, blending into sauces, or giving your soups a bold foundation.

These culinary bulbs are smaller in size, packed with personality, and grown with purpose: to make winter meals warmer, weeknight cooking easier, and every bite a little more memorable.
