Grown With Purpose

Garlic is one of the longest crops we grow, taking nearly nine months from planting to harvest. It spends the winter in the field and is harvested at peak maturity the following summer, then carefully cured to develop its full flavor and storage life.

This long growing season produces dense, complex bulbs with exceptional culinary character, garlic that holds its structure when roasted, mellows beautifully when sautéed, and brings depth to everyday cooking.

Because it takes nearly a full year to grow, our garlic is available for only a short window each season. When it’s ready, it reflects months of care, patience, and the steady work of growing food well.
