Georgian Crystal is the gentle giant of the garlic world. With large, easy-to-peel cloves and a smooth, mild flavor, it’s a favorite for cooks who love garlic’s complexity—without the overpowering heat. Raw, it brings a mellow bite that shines in pestos and dressings. Roasted, it becomes buttery and sweet, perfect for spreading on warm bread or mixing into vegetable dishes.
This certified organic porcelain variety is also prized for its high allicin content, offering both flavor and health benefits in equal measure. It’s one of the largest garlics we grow—so large, it’s often mistaken for elephant garlic (but don’t be fooled: this one packs more taste per clove).
