Romania Red garlic adds a long lasting hot and spicy bite to any dish. Although it is pungent, it also has an excellent flavor with a strong nutty after taste. You can tell Romanian Red apart from other garlics simply by the rich pungent scent of the bulb. One of the most popular varieties due to taste, high allicin content, long storage, and easy to peel cloves.
