Grown at The Boreal Farm, this certified organic heirloom is easy to peel and packed with character. It has a shorter shelf life than some of our other varieties, but what it lacks in storage, it makes up for in unforgettable flavor.

Shipping Information:
All garlic ships via USPS Priority Mail. Local pickup is not available. Because garlic is harvested and cured over several weeks, we’re unable to schedule exact pickup dates. And as the fall season ramps up, our crew shifts into essential fieldwork with a leaner team.
Orders will begin shipping the week of September 22.

Note:
This garlic is intended for culinary use. While perfectly lovely to eat, these bulbs are much smaller, and some may carry yellow aster phytoplasma, which can affect clove development in the garden.
