Grown at The Boreal Farm and certified organic from the start, these smaller bulbs are sold for kitchen use and are a favorite among garlic lovers who like it hot.

Shipping Information:

All garlic ships via USPS Priority Mail. Local pickup is not available. Because garlic is harvested and cured over several weeks, we’re unable to schedule exact pickup dates. And as the fall season ramps up, our crew shifts into essential fieldwork with a leaner team.

Note:

This garlic is intended for culinary use. While perfectly lovely to eat, these bulbs are much smaller, and some may carry yellow aster phytoplasma, which can affect clove development in the garden.
